Freelance Assistant Site Manager vacancy - New build housing project - Birmingham area - up to 3 months work - £20 to £22 per hour - Immediate start

The Opportunity

We are looking for an experience Assistant Site Manager who has experience in the housing sector to join the team of this ongoing housing project. You will be assisting the resident Site Manager to help put the trades and labour team ensuring the delivery program and quality standards are met. Working through the finishing stages of they units and working towards CML certification.

Skills and Experience

We are looking for candidates who have worked in similar role with housing industry experience
Must hold SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS accreditations
This role will include weekend working.
