Freelance Design Manager - Mid Feb 2019 start date - 5 month contract with a multinational contractor.

The opportunity :
You will be working for a leading main contractor from their Manchester offices on the final stages of the pre-construction element for a £8m new build scheme. This project is due to start on site near St Helens and will require you to be side based overseeing the design for half of the working week. The other half of your week will be spent working on bids from the Manchester head office. These bids range from commercial, high-rise to leisure schemes.

Please note this contract the has potential to be extended.

The ideal candidate will have previous main contractor experience and be able to take control of the 'on-site' design of the project as well has being experienced working on bids.
Those who have ground / remediation experience are highly desirable but this is not an essential requirement.
