Newly created Freelance Design Manager opportunity - North West region - Working on a new build mixed us scheme in excess of £100m - £380 to £400 per day 6 to 12 months with potential for extension

Freelance Design Manager required for a major new build project in the North West. Working with one of the UK largest and most well known contractors you will be working autonomously as the design lead on this project. Working on this project from inception this project will include both medium and high rise structures.

This role will require experience as a design lead who is happy working in an autonomous position and working to deadlines. Ideal candidates will have a strong track record working on New build projects.
