Freelance Design Manager - ASAP Start for 12 months working with a main contractor in the Midlands on education projects

The opportunity:

You will be working for a leading main contractor initially from their regional Midlands office on an education project valued circa £40m. Working from the pre-construction phase you will then be onsite through the delivery stage in central Birmingham.

This role would ideally suit a seasoned Design Manager with pre-construction experience in education coming from a main contractor background.

Skills / Experience:

CSCS is preferred but not essential
