Freelance Design Manager - ASAP Start - North West / Midlands

The opportunity:

You will be working for a main contractor initially from their North West office on a residential project circa £15m. Working from the pre-construction phase through the delivery stage. The ability to travel will be required as they currently have projects in the Manchester, Merseyside and Midlands region.

This role would ideally suit a seasoned Design Manager with pre-construction experience in the residential/student accommodation sector coming from a main contractor background.

Skills / Experience:

Knowledge of software including AutoCAD
Competent in MS Office including Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
CSCS card
The ability to travel as and when required
