Freelance Project Manager - Chester area - Main contractor - ASAP Start - 18 month contract - potentially 2 years

The opportunity:

As Freelance Project Manager, you will be reporting to Project Director/ Operations Manager working on a large new build social housing scheme.

You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of the project, the quality and that the project is inline with all safety procedures. You will ensure that inductions are carried out as well as the management of the onsite team and supply chain. You will chair internal site meetings, provide progress reports in a timely manner and ensure that the design is inline through liaison with the client's design team.

This scheme is due to run for 18 months to two years and as Project Manager, you will have the support of a team including an experience Senior Site Manager, a Site Manager and a Section Foreman supporting you on a daily basis.

Skills / Experience:

CSCS
MCIOB ideally, but not essential
Proven experience of having worked in a similar role is essential
