Freelance Project Manager - Main Contractor - Start 07.12.20 until end January 2021 - Night shift - Cumbria

This major Construction force with strong ties to the North West is looking for a skilled Project Manager to work the night shift with some weekend working to finalise the build on a large industrial / manufacturing scheme.

As Freelance Project Manager, you will be supporting on onsite Manager looking on the final finishing's of the internal fitout and M&E on an iconic large-scale industrial project. You will have a driven personality with a proven track record of problem solving where needed to ensure all works are delivered to a high standard and provide support where needed with the management of subcontractors maintaining an eye on programme at all times.

With a keen eye for detail, you will have a proven background of working in a similar role with the ability to work with and develop strong working relationships with subcontractors working proactively at all times to ensure programme is maintained.

This is an immediate start (07.12.20) until end of January 2021.

Skills / Experience:

*Ideally have worked with a Tier 1 main contractor on large industrial / manufacturing schemes
*Ideally already hold current security clearance
*The ability to live away from home
*CSCS
*SMSTS preferred but not essential
*First Aid preferred but not essential
