Freelance Quantity Surveyor with ref.

Freelance Quantity Surveyor - Liverpool - £30m high-rise residential scheme - £300.00 to £325.00 per day.

Working with a top tier contractor on a major project in Liverpool city centre. This is an immediate requirement for approx.. 2 to 3 months.

The Opportunity:

You will be joining the existing site commercial team overseeing the commercial aspect of the internals packages. The current stage of the project is fast paced and experience of having worked in similar roles is key.

Working alongside the site team you will be supporting the Senior Quantity Surveyor who is site based with the Commercial Manager visiting on a regular basis. This is a fast-paced environment and you will need to be able to 'hit the ground running'.

This role is a minimum of two months with an immediate start.

Experience:

Ideally, have worked on similar schemes with strong in-depth working practices of managing internal packages
