Freelance Senior Design opportunity - North West - Working on a new build project from preconstruction through to onsite delivery consisting of two high rise towers and valued in excess of £100m

Freelance Design Manager required for a major new build project in the Manchester area initially working on the bid phase of this project helping with cost engineering, feasibility and planning before then moving onto the delivery. Working with one of the UK largest and most well known contractors you will be working autonomously as the design lead on this project. Initially working on the preconstruction and tender stage of this project till October before moving onto the live delivery side of the project upon a successful tender for a further 18 months to 2 years.

This role will require experience as a design lead from preconstruction through to onsite delivery and ideally experience in the new build sector.
