Freelance Site Manager working on the internal fit out for a large new build commercial project in the heart of Manchester - Starting ASAP - Up to £300 per day

Working with one of the region's leading contractors on a major new build scheme. You will initially oversee the internal fit out of a package of works helping to push through to completion. You will systematically work through with the aid of a tablet all areas where further attention/snagging is required working closely with the subcontractors ensuring completion to the highest standard reporting on progress to the Senior Project Manager.

This role will require an up to day CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid accreditation.
