The Opportunity

A dynamic driven building contractor is winning work in the Manchester region and are looking to strengthen the current commercial team by inviting an Intermediate or Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. This contractor will give you responsibility but at the same time ensure you are supported, they are looking for a competent Assistant level or Intermediate level quantity Surveyor that can contribute to the projects they work on.

Joining this contractor, you will be working under the guidance of a Senior Quantity Surveyor who you will report to and who will offer you support and guidance. You will gain valuable knowledge and experience working in this team as they will continually help develop your career and give you opportunities.

Skills & Experience

This role will suit a career driven individual who is looking to gain further experience working alongside a commercial lead. Someone who is looking to take on further development and work hard to drive their career. Ideal candidates will have worked within a main contractor or subcontractor in the construction industry in a similar position within the commercial team.
