Multi-site Managing Quantity Surveyor opportunity working with a establish and expanding main contractor in the North West and Cheshire area.

The Opportunity

Working with this main contractor you will be responsible for overseeing multiple sites and site teams reporting into a Commercial Director. Projects ranging from £5m to £30m including multi-storey residential, medical, education and commercial schemes. You will initially be responsible for 2 new build extra care facilities with a combined values in excess of £20m. This contractor is currently looking to make further expansions in the region and has already show stable year on year growth.

Skills & Experience

This role will suit and experience commercial lead who has experience leading multiple sites, leading teams and ensuring financial performance. We are looking for someone who has a stable main contractor background working on projects between £5m and £30m.
