Freelance Site Manager opportunity - Working on the Mechanical packages for a major project including the installation and checking of pipework, heating and ventilation - Birmingham - Long term contract 8 months

Overseeing the mechanical packages of work of a major new build project in Birmingham you will be responsible for managing the onsite team reporting to a Senior Project Manager. Maintaining health, safety and quality whilst pushing the work program through to completion.

This role will require a current SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid Qualification. Experience an knowledge of BIM 360 would be and advantage but not necessary.
