Working for one of the largest privately owned Tier 1 main contractors, you will be working with a team known for working on some of the largest accommodation, commercial, education and health projects in the North West. Having already secured their turnover for 2022 and enjoying consistent growth year on year, they have built themselves a name and reputation to become one of the 'go to' contractors in the North West.
As Office Manager / Document Controller you will be joining this team to oversee both the office management and assist with the document control team as needed. You will work to maintain and/or improve internal processes and performance with a strong working knowledge of 4Project and BIM software packages supporting the team through bid, pre-construction and, onsite delivery.
Skills and Experience
This role is ideal for an experienced Office Manager / Document Controller coming from a main contractor background with experience of managing a team.
As a minimum, you will:
*Have excellent oral and written skills with clear communication
*Come from a stable background and have worked in a similar position previously
*Proficient with 4Projects with an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office package
*The ability to work as part of a Team
