Planner - Established North West Contractor - New Position - working on various projects including high-rise residential and care homes

The Role

As a Planner, you will be working both in the office and on site. Projects will include high-rise, leisure, commercial and care homes amongst others and you will liaise with the project teams on all planning matters working on the production of programmes as well as producing weekly and monthly reports, scheduling meetings and managing the planning and programming of the works.

You will also be responsible for progress monitoring and reporting, liaising with other managers to discuss the progress of the project and address any issues that may arise. Reporting to the Pre-construction Director, you will present information for internal meetings on the project and create, maintain, review and administer construction tender programmes and plans

Skills and Experience

Proven ability of working in a similar role is preferred
The ability to travel as and when required
Good communication skills
Competent in the use of Asta Powerproject and Microsoft Project planning software as well as the use of all Microsoft Office applications
