Working within a global main contractor who are expanding their North West office working across a variety of projects including high-rise residential, commercial and education up to £75m. Your chance to work on new build schemes, be involved in both tender and on-site planning.

The Opportunity

Joining an established main contractor as part of the North West team you will be working in a busy and fast paced office. Working under the head of the division and with the onsite teams your duties will include providing weekly and monthly progress review reports to senior managers. This role will see you based in the head office and then on site. Projects will include luxury high-rise apartments, new build schools and college buildings as well as city centre commercial builds.

Skills & Experience

We are looking to speak with Planners who have experience working within the construction industry using Asta Powerprojects and Microsoft packages. This role would suit someone who has worked on new build schemes with a main contractor, as well as having both tender and on site planning experience.
