Having established themselves as a contractor who specialises in the accommodation sector including private rental and hotel accommodation, due to an increase in workload they are looking to further add to their existing Team thereby continuing to build a strong team enabling them to attract and develop likeminded individuals who are looking to further develop their skills and knowledge in the construction industry where hard work will be recognised.
The Role and Responsibilities
As a Planner, your duties will include leading in the development of baseline programmes for the project, producing weekly/monthly reports, scheduling meetings and managing the planning and programming of the works. In addition, you will need to maintain electronic files have a high standard of administration of planning and managing program documents, check the quality of the production of planning, develop tracking schedules to maintain information and prepare tender event programmes.
You will need the ability to predict where possible and highlight any risks and potential delays reporting regularly to senior management. You will have a good understanding of time and level of service needed for each project, identify potential problems / risks and propose solutions.
Skills and Experience
This role will suit an experienced Planner from a main contracting background with experience of using ASTA. You will have experience of working on projects from tender and pre-construction through to onsite delivery
