A newly created opportunity with a leading multinational construction brand in their North West Division. Taking the lead role on projects from £15m to £25m project in the Manchester area you will be responsible for leading the project team through a successful delivery.

The Opportunity

Joining the North West region of this established construction giant as Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for the the successful delivery of the project. Taking control of project valued at £15m to £25m including education, leisure, commercial and medical schemes including new build and major refurbishments. Taking the lead role on projects from preconstruction to onsite delivery and handover you will take a major role in building strong a lasting client relationships.

Skills & Experience

This role is suited to an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of successfully leading projects onsite, taking control of all aspects including bid, preconstruction, design and delivery. Our client is looking for a strong leader with a stable main contractor background who is able to work autonomously reporting back on progress.
