Project Manager - Immediate Start - Manchester - Main Contractor

The opportunity:
You will be working on a major residential project valued at circa £75m, setting up and managing the brickwork package. This project is due to start over the next few weeks and will require you to help with the preconstruction and planning. You will be managing sub contractors, H & S and is a hands on role. The successful candidate will be reporting into a site based Senior Project Manager.

Skills / Experience:
CSCS essential
SMSTS essential
First Aid desirable but not essential
Experience with a main contractor on major new build projects overseeing large brickwork packages
