A newly created opportunity with a leading multinational construction brand in their North West Division. Taking the lead role on a circa £30m project in the Manchester area. You will be responsible for leading the project team through a successful delivery.

The Opportunity

Joining the North West region of this established construction giant as Project Manager you will be responsible for the the successful delivery. Taking control of this new build £30m medical project, which is currently underway you will be tasked with completing the project. Following the completion of this scheme your will be move onto another new build circa £30m medical project taking this project from inception to completion. Other future works with this contractor could include education, leisure, commercial and heritage schemes including new build and major refurbishments. This contractor can offer security with a full order book and strong clients relationships that have lead to ongoing repeat work.

Skills & Experience

This role is suited to an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of successfully leading projects onsite, taking control of all aspects including bid, preconstruction, design and delivery. Our client is looking for a strong leader with a stable main contractor background who is able to work autonomously reporting back on progress. Ideal candidates will have experienced working on new build projects in the medical or health sectors.
