Senior Project Manager opportunity taking the lead role on a circa £25m high rise residential project in Manchester.

The Opportunity

Working with an established multi-national contractor this could be your opportunity to join a busy North West region. Having secured their workload for 2021 and beyond this contractor is looking to build on its continued growth and success. Taking the lead role on you will be required to manage and drive the delivery of the program maintaining the highest quality and health and safety standards. Overseeing the onsite team and working closely with the end client and reporting to a visiting Contracts Manager and Regional Director.

Skills and Experience

This role would be suited to an experienced Project Manager with a stable and proven main contractor background with experience of high rise residential projects. Our client is looking for someone with strong communication ability with both the onsite team and clients. You will be required to hold a current CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid qualification.
