Project Manager Opportunity - Working as part of a team on a major circa £70m new build project with in the medical sciences sector - Working with a leading construction brand - Surrey area - Salary circa £70,000 to £80,000 negotiable

The opportunity

Working with one of the UK's most recognisable construction brands who have build a strong reputation for quality delivery and have built a strong foothold in the South East construction market. With a strong order book of project and ongoing work for the foreseeable future this contractor can offer security and the opportunity to work on high profile projects. You will be responsible for the management and control of the onsite team reporting to the lead Project Director, ensuring completion is on schedule and within the allocated budget. You will be a focal point on all matters and actions related to the projects day to day delivery and will supervise the onsite team and work closely.

Skills and Experience

As Project Manager it is essential that you have the proven experience of working on major projects. You will be expected to have a strong background in the build sector from inception to completion, and ideally have experience with in the medical, sciences of health sectors. You will have the personality and drive to manage, direct and guide the team to achieve project objectives. In addition you must be assertive and firm in dealing with the contractor whilst exercising control on the work.
