Lead Project Manager role working in the Northamptonshire area overseeing a technically demanding new build project.

The Opportunity

This role will see you joining one of the UK's leading main contractors offering you the opportunity to take the lead role on a project valued at circa £15m. This steel frame project is currently underway and will be delivered over multiple phases with work ongoing for the next 2 years. This contractor currently boast a full order book for the foreseeable future offering job security working across sectors including industrial, student accommodation, commercial, retail and leisure. Duties will include working closely with clients and leading the onsite team whilst managing both design and project delivery.

Skills & Experience

We are looking to speak to experienced Project Manager who have a stable main contractor background leading projects in excess of £10m. This role will require you to work closely with the client and design team, as well as leading the onsite delivery, as such previous experience of this is desirable. It is a requirement that you hold a current SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualification.
