With a Group turnover of £70m plus and, having secured work with further awards expected, the success of this Regional office continues to grow.

The Role and Responsibilities

As Project Manager, you will be working on a project that will encompass both new build as well as building an extension on a Hotel. Reporting to a visiting Contracts Manager experience of having worked on similar projects is essential.

You will need to come from a strong background of having worked on hotel builds within a challenging environment, be able to prioritise workload whilst remaining client focused at all times.

You will be leading the project to completion and will need to have an eye on the programme at all times including subcontractor coordination, conflict resolution, documentation and ensuring quality and safety on the job is maintained at all times. You will need to ensure consistent management of project costs through ensuring labour, material and equipment costs are kept within parameters as well as continuing to forecast and analyse construction costs, exposures and profits through to completion.

You will need to demonstrate, as Project Manager, a strong leadership position at all times ensuring relationships are maintained along the way with both clients, staff and subcontractors alike and have the ability to give clear concise instructions both verbally and written at all times,

Skills and Experience

You will come from a main Contractor background
Have worked in a similar position before on new build hotels
CSCS Black card
First Aid certificate
MCIOB preferred but not essential
