Project Manager opportunity working with an established and expanding main contractor from their North West region on a new build £40m steel frame project.

The Opportunity

Joining an established business who are looking to add to its expanding North West team due to ongoing bid success and continues repeat business. This 10 storey £40m project will consist of 2 blocks which will each have a Project Manager leading the delivery reporting into a Project Director. You will be responsible for the onsite team including a Construction Manager, Site Manager and Assistants. Leading the day to day delivery, quality and Health and Safety standards. On this project initially duties will also include working on the pre-construction phase. This could be your opportunity to take a major role with a a stable and cash rich main contractor.

Skills & Experience

We are looking to speak to experience Project Manager coming from a stable main contractor background who have successfully lead projects in excess of £20m. Ideal candidates will have experience working on high rise residential or hotel projects. It is required that you hold a current SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualification.
