Project Manager opportunity initially joining a technical and detailed project valued at circa £5m,leading the construction of 2 new build units in the Brackley area.

The Opportunity

Joining a busy and expanding main contractor currently turning over in excess of £600m. Working across the Northampton, Oxfordshire and Midlands area on projects including high rise residential, student accommodation, commercial, leisure and industrial schemes with values up to and in excess of £100m. Initially joining a technically demanding and detailed project valued at circa £15m in the Brackley area. Working with the onsite team driving this project and working closely with the client. This project will include multiple phase. This opportunity will also offer the right candidate ongoing career opportunities.

Skill & Experience

We are looking to speak with experienced Project Managers who are able to work as an onsite No.1 dealing with clients and onsite delivery. Ideal candidates will come from a main contractor background with a stable history and proven onsite delivery. This role will also require you to hold current qualifications and certification for SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.
