Project Manager working with one of the UK's leading main contractors. Joining a busy North West region which is looking to add to the team due to ongoing bid success and continued repeat business.

The Opportunity

Working as the onsite lead this Project Manager role will see you overseeing the delivery of a £20m new build/ cut and carve education project. As the onsite lead you will be responsible for all day to day activities, leading the onsite team and reporting into a Operations Manager. Working within this regional office will offer job security with a busy and growing workload and future progression opportunities within a rewarding and supportive company. Currently working on multiple live projects with an ongoing work winning ethic this contractor works across projects including education, high rise residential, student accommodation, commercial and major retail schemes with values up to and in excess of £100m.

Skills & Experience

We are looking to speak with experienced Project Manager who come from a main contractor background and have a proven background of successfully leading new build projects valued in excess of £15m. This role will require you to hold a current SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualification.
