Project Manager Opportunity working with a well known and established main contractor with a long standing history from their expanding Midlands office.

The Opportunity

Joining this established construction brand you will be working as the onsite lead for projects including commercial, education, extra care and student accommodation projects valued from £10m to £20m. Leading the operations team from pre-construction through to completion in a busy regional office. his role will offer security in an established main contractor with a longstanding history who are looking to continue stable regional growth. Working with a contractor who cares about the well-being of their staff and the balance between work and home life.

Skills & Experience

We are looking to speak to experienced Project Manager coming from a main contractor background who have previous experience leading project in excess of £10m. This role will see you working from the pre-construction as such experience of this would be an advantage but is not a requirement. It is required you hold a current SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualification.
