Project Manager - Flintshire - Long Term Freelance opportunity, circa three years - well established Regional contractor with over 100 years' experience - looking to further expand their Team
The Opportunity

As Project Manager you will be reporting to the onsite Senior Project Manager working as part of a team on a new build housing project value circa £25m consisting of 164 units

Skills and Experience
Reporting to a site-based Senior Project Manager, duties will include ensuring all works are carried out in accordance with the contract information, drawings and specifications, monitoring progress in line with the current programme and reports and providing weekly progress updates. An eye for checking quality and quantity of all deliveries is essential as well as attending all meetings, managing and overseeing all subcontractors on site and ensuring that all Health, Safety and Welfare policies are adhered to at all times.

AAs you will have a number of Assistant Site Managers also No1 Site Manager reporting to you, it is essential that you have the experience to build relationships with them to further strengthen the team.

Key skills:
*Ideally coming from a housing / social housing background is preferred
*Experience of working in a similar role is essential
*CSCS card
*SMSTS
*First Aid Certificates
