Project Manager - Manchester - Established North West Contractor - increase in workload & growth - further expansion to North West Team

The Opportunity

The Role and Responsibilities

Reporting to a visiting Contracts Manager you will have ideally worked on a number of projects including Care Homes, Accommodation schemes, high-rise residential and be able to prioritise workload whilst remaining client focused at all times.

You will have a proven ability to lead and co-ordinate all project activities ensuring that all project deliverables are achieved with regard to safety, quality, programme and cost.

Further duties will include attending and chairing client and project meetings, maintaining contact and a good working relationship with the clients, monitoring and reporting on budgets, delays and holdups on a regular and detailed level to senior management with the ability to recognise and close out any issues quickly and effectively

Skills and Experience

You will come from a main Contractor background with the proven ability of having worked in a similar role

Hold up-to-date CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid certificate
