The opportunity:

You will be of a Senior Manager / Project Manager level ideally with strong experience working on steel frame / RC frame projects. You will be working under a visiting contracts manager on this large project in the Midlands. The ideal candidate will have a strong main contractor background working on similar schemes including apartments, student accommodation and hotel builds. You will drive the site from ground up and ensure your team of site managers and sub-contractors are all pulling in the right direction to ensure the build is completed on time and to budget.

Skills / Experience:

CSCS Black card essential
SMSTS
First Aid
Ideally you will have a main contractor background and be experienced working on High-rise residential or student accommodation schemes.
