Skills

As Quantity Surveyor, reporting to a Commercial Manager, you will be working on new build commercial projects up to the value of £20m.

Duties will include procurement on all externals works, groundworks, steel frame, roofing, cladding and joinery partitions. You will also assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements for budgets accurately reflecting the current financial status, ensure that interim valuations are accurately checked and produce cost estimates as well as ensure sub-contractors receive prompt payment.

CSCS
Educated to Degree level in Quantity Surveying or equivalent experience
Experience of working in a similar role on similar sized projects
