Project Quantity Surveyor opportunity working with a Midlands based main contractor on projects from £10m to £80m. Offering career progression within a busy regional office.

The Opportunity

Joining the Midlands region of this main contractor you will be working as either a commercial lead or joining a larger project in a support role reporting to an on Site Senior Quantity Surveyor. Working on projects including student accommodation, high rise residential, education, commercial and industrial schemes. Working with a contractor who currently boasts a full order book due to ongoing repeat business and continued bid success. This contractor is known for offering continued development and career progression, this role would suit a driven individual who is looking to take these opportunities.

Skills & Experience

We are looking to speak to experience Quantity Surveyors who have either worked as an onsite commercial lead of have taken a support role on a larger project taking control of your own section and packages. This role would also be suitable to someone who has not yet taken a lead role but is looking to take that opportunity in the near future. Successful candidates will ideally have achieved a relevant degree qualification in quantity surveying or construction.
