Working with one of the UK's leading main contractors as Project Quantity Surveyor you will be overseeing your own project.

The Opportunity

In this role as Project Quantity Surveyor you will be taking the onsite commercial lead role on a large new build social housing project ,reporting into a Commercial Manager, which will run for the next two year. This contractor has a strong foothold in the Cheshire and North West regions with continued work winning and ongoing repeat business. This role will offer you security in an established and stable leading main contractor that has shown ongoing year on year growth. This role will also offer the opportunity to take continued career progression.

Skills & Experience

We are looking to speak to Quantity Surveyor who have experience in the new build social housing sector. Suitable candidate will be able to showcase relevant past experience taking the lead commercial role on projects. This role will suit a driven individual who is able to work on their own initiative.
