This Project Quantity Surveyor role will see you joining and establish main contractor in there expanding North West division on projects including hotel, apartment, student accommodation and commercial schemes.

The Opportunity

Joining and established and expanding construction brand in their North West division working on live projects. In this role you will be joining an onsite commercial team working on projects from £10m to £40m supporting a Senior Quantity Surveyor. Day to day duties will include managing subcontractors, payments, measurements & re-measurements, valuations and financial reporting.

Skills and Experienced

This role will suit an experienced Quantity Surveyor who comes from a stable main contractor background, ideally you will have achieve a degree qualification in Quantity Surveying. We are looking for candidates who have proven experience working successfully in an onsite delivery team. This role would also be suited to an ambitious individual who is looking to take further career steps in the future.
