This Project Quantity Surveyor role will see you joining and establish main contractor in there expanding Manchester based office working on a major £70m high rise residential project.

The Opportunity

Joining a world renowned construction brand in there Manchester regional office joining a live project. In this role you will be joining an onsite commercial team working on a £70m high rise residential project where you will be working in a supporting capacity to a Senior Quantity Surveyor and Commercial Manager. Day to day duties will include managing subcontractors, payments, measurements & re-measurements, valuations and financial reporting.

Skills and Experienced

This role will suit an experienced Quantity Surveyor who comes from a stable main contractor background, ideally you will have achieve a degree qualification in Quantity Surveying. We are looking for candidates who have proven experience working successfully in an onsite delivery team. This role would also be suited to an ambitious individual who is looking to take further career steps in the future.
