This Project Quantity Surveyor role will see you joining and establish main contractor in there North West division working on major private residential and student accommodation projects.

The Opportunity

Joining an established and expanding construction brand in their North West division working on live a project. You will be joining a major high rise residential project in Liverpool as the commercial no.2 to the onsite Senior Quantity Surveyor. Day to day duties will include managing subcontractors, payments, measurements & re-measurements, valuations and financial reporting.

Skills and Experienced

This role will suit an experienced Quantity Surveyor who comes from a stable main contractor background. We are looking for candidates who have proven experience working successfully in an onsite delivery team. This role would also be suited to an ambitious individual who is looking to take further career steps in the future.
