This Project Quantity Surveyor role will see you joining an established main contractor in their North West division working on major private residential and student accommodation projects.

The Opportunity

As Project Quantity Surveyor, you will be joining an established and expanding construction brand in their North West division working on live a project. You will be joining a major high-rise residential project in Liverpool as the commercial no.2 to the onsite Senior Quantity Surveyor with day to day duties including managing subcontractors, subcontract payments, measurements & re-measurements, valuations and financial reporting.

This initial scheme will run for two years and with a strong workload already in the pipeline the opportunities that this position will offer for the right Project Quantity Surveyor with the right perspective will see their progression both in the short and long term.

Skills and Experienced

This role will suit an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor who comes from a stable main contractor background. We are looking for candidates who have proven experience of working successfully within an onsite delivery team, have experience of working with JCT11, can work autonomously with the ability to travel as and when required.
