**New Opportunity** Project Quantity Surveyor - Manchester - High-rise Residential Scheme £75m+

Leading contractor in the residential market with multiple live projects currently on site with further due to commence, you will be joining a contractor who has positioned themselves to offer selected clients a negotiated solution on residential accommodation projects within the North West area.

The Opportunity

As Project Quantity Surveyor, you will be joining an established contractor with a strong client bank working on a live high-rise residential scheme as the No.2 onsite to the Senior Quantity Surveyor. Day to day duties will include managing subcontractors, subcontract payments, measurements & re-measurements, valuations and financial reporting as well as tracking changes to design and adjusting budgets accordingly.

Skills and Experienced

Ideally, Degree or HNC/HND educated
Ability to travel as and when needed
Come from a main contractor background although this is not essential
Have clear and concise communication skills with strong IT knowledge
Experience of working on JCT form of contract
Keen eye for detail
The ability to work as part of a team
