**New Opportunity** Project Quantity Surveyor - North West - Working on a variety of residential housing schemes including new build housing and multi-storey housing

Leading contractor in the residential market with multiple live projects currently on site with further due to commence, you will be joining a contractor who has positioned themselves to offer selected clients a negotiated solution on residential accommodation projects within the North West area.

The Opportunity

As Project Quantity Surveyor, you will be joining an established contractor with a strong client bank working on a live high-rise residential scheme as the commercial lead onsite. Day to day duties will include managing subcontractors, subcontract payments, measurements & re-measurements, valuations and financial reporting as well as tracking changes to design and adjusting budgets accordingly.

Skills and Experienced

Our client is looking for candidates from a main contractor background although this is not essential. This role would be suited to those who have clear and concise communication skills with strong IT knowledge. Experience of working on residential project both low and high rise is desirable.
