Working with an established main contractor in their North West region currently turning over in excess of £60m. Working as an onsite No.2 on major high rise residential schemes up to and in excess of £60m+. A company that is looking to recruit due to an increased workload and secured future projects.


The Opportunity

Joining a busy office, initially working on projects in the Liverpool area which will include one of two high rise residential schemes that will be starting shortly valued at £35m to £60m. Working with in a closely knit team that work together to gain the best results rewarding hard work, and will offer further development and future progression opportunities.

Working in a site based support role as a no.2 to the onsite commercial lead. At times you may be required to work from the regional office when working on tenders. This role will see you carrying out duties including material and subcontractor procurement, subcontractor payments, financial analysis and reporting and valuations.


Skills and Experience

We are looking for driven individuals who has experience working within a main contractor in the construction industry. A proven and stable background of successful delivery and high commercial performance. If is not essential but would be an advantage to have experience working on high rise residential projects. This role would suit an individual who is looking to develop that knowledge and experience further with a view to taking a role as the commercial lead on their own projects.
