Taking the onsite commercial lead on a £10m new build extra care facility reporting to a visiting Managing Quantity Surveyor. Skills and Experience

We are looking to speak to an experienced Quantity Surveyor coming from a main contractor background who have experience in working as the commercial lead on a project in excess of £5m or leading a large section of work on a major project. This contractor can offer you a chance to stay and work on North West based projects, they have secured a number of contracts in and around the Manchester area so you will have ongoing exciting work in the area for years to come.
