As Quantity Surveyor, you will be joining a Tier 1 recognised brand for producing high quality housing in both the open market and affordable housing. Working on projects throughout Cheshire, parts of Manchester and Lancashire, you will be working on a pipeline of work already secured.

The Role and Responsibilities
Reporting to a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager, you will have experience of having worked in the housing sector with a proven track record of working in a similar role.
With support as and when needed, duties will include, amongst others, attending design team and development meetings, receiving initial tender information and preparing and updating of procurement programme, agreement in selection of suitable Subcontractors for inclusion on the Subcontractor's Approved List, agree subcontractor interim and final accounts including variations, prepare monthly costs to completes and cost value summaries and ensure RAMS schedule is updated etc.

Skills & Experience
Degree or HNC/HND educated.
Experience in new build housing both open market and affordable.
Have worked in a similar role.
Ability to travel as and when required.
Current CSCS Card preferred.
Desire and drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment is essential.
