Quantity Surveyor Opportunity working with and established and award winning multi regional contractor from their West Midlands office.

The Opportunity

We are currently working on behalf of an award winning contractor who are looking to add an experienced Quantity Surveyor to its Midlands office. Initially working as the onsite commercial lead for a new build and refurbishment multi-storey residential project. Other sectors of work will including care homes, education, health, commercial and industrial with project values up to £10m. Working onsite you will be responsible for all commercial aspects of the project overseeing a Assistant Surveyor and reporting into a Managing Quantity Surveyor.

Skill & Experience

Our client is looking to speak with experience commercial candidates coming from a stable main contractor background. This role would be suited to a candidates how has a proven track record working on project in excess of £5m. This role will see you taking responsibility for the project and reporting directly to senior management and as such will required good communication skills.
