Newly created Quantity Surveyor opportunity working with one of the UK's leading main contractors in their North West region.

The opportunity

Our client is one of the UK's largest and most recognisable construction brands who are currently looking to add ambitious and driven Quantity Surveyors to their North West team. With project including education, high rise residential, medical and commercial schemes this contractor offers a diverse portfolio. This could be your opportunity to join a highly successful and expanding team with opportunities working as part of a team or taking the lead commercial role on your own project. Day to day duties will include managing subcontractors, subcontract payments, measurements & re-measurements, valuations and financial reporting as well as tracking changes to design and adjusting budget projects accordingly

Skills and Experience

Our client is looking to speak with driven individual coming from a main contractor background either working as a commercial lead or working in a support role to a lead. As Quantity Surveyor, you will be commercially aware and meticulous in all your workings, be computer literate and have strong organisational skills with the ability to support junior team members as and when necessary.
