Newly created Quantity Surveyor position working with an expanding regional contractor on both civils and build projects up to £1m in the Liverpool, Manchester and Cheshire areas.

The Opportunity

Joining an ambitious regional contractor who currently turnover circa £6m working across both civils and build projects. You will be joining the team from the North West office and working across Manchester, Liverpool and Cheshire locations. This contractor has built up a strong client base and is looking to use this success to continue its stable growth, this could be your opportunity to join the company at this exciting time and grow with it.

Skills and Experience

This role would be suited to an experienced Quantity Surveyor who is looking to build on the experience they already have. You will ideally have experienced in both civils and build projects and have a successful track record working on schemes from £100k up to £1m. This will be mainly an office based role but will require the ability to travel across the region for site visits as and when required.
