New Quantity Surveyor opportunity working with an established main contractor who due to a busy workload are looking to expand their team in the Manchester area.

The Opportunity

With multiple sites already underway and further projects due to start, this is an exciting time to join this contractor as an opportunity to progress your career forward are set as achievable goals within your reach. A busy work load with several new projects due to staret shortly with project values up to circa £20m including new build private developments and structural projects all based withing the North West region.

Skills & Experience

As Quantity Surveyor you will be reporting to a Commercial Manager, duties will include assisting in the preparation of monthly financial statements, ensure that interim valuations are accurately checked and produce cost estimates, ensure sub-contractors receive prompt payment amongst other duties. My client is looking for a highly motivated Quantity Surveyor who is interested in joining an established and profitable company who have a secured and busy order book.
