Freelance Quantity Surveyor / Intermediate Quantity Surveyor role - To work with a main contractor in Manchester on £20m new build scheme.

The opportunity:
You will be working with a successful main contractor in Manchester on a large large new build project. You will be supporting the existing team and reporting to a Senior Quantity Surveyor on site. This role will see you managing and putting the sub-contractor packages together. This role would also suit a Project QS.

Skills / Experience:
Main contractor background
Be available to straight away or asap
As a minimum you will be of intermediate QS level however the role is also open to Quantity Surveyors who are able to assist with sub-contractor packages.
