Quantity Surveyor - Liverpool - £50, 000 - £55,000 - Working with an established main contractor in the Liverpool / Manchester regions on high-rise residential projects circa £20m+

Due to further growth and project awards, a new position on a project circa £35m in Liverpool has opened in an area that has seen extensive commercial and retail growth over recent years

The Opportunity

This is an opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a company that believes in developing from within and giving those who show true determination to progress their careers the chance to do so. Working within a team that has consistently grown over the last few years due to continued repeat business from existing clients, you will be working with a contractor who has proven they can deliver the projects they have won in a timely manner and to a high-spec finish.

You will be working under the support of a Senior Quantity Surveyor on projects circa £30m in an area that has seen consistent development over recent years. With five projects currently on site and further projects due towards the end of the third quarter, you will be joining a strong team that can offer continued development within a company that is set to become a recognised name in residential developments.

Skills and Experience

As a Quantity Surveyor you will ideally have previous experience working on high-rise residential projects although this is not essential and be experienced in sub-contract procurement, payments, valuations, cost reviews and producing monthly valuation reports.
