Skills & Experience

Degree educated and with demonstrable experience, you will need a proven track record in commercial projects working with a main contractor on projects of £5m+. As Quantity Surveyor, reporting to a Senior Quantity Surveyor, your duties will include assisting in the preparation of monthly financial statements for budgeting accurately reflecting the current financial status, ensure that interim valuations are accurately checked and produce cost estimates, ensure sub-contractors receive prompt payment amongst other duties.
